    Guarantee Policy

    All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

    Cancellation / Prepayment Policy

    Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the apartment type. Please review the specific apartment conditions when selecting your apartment.
    Non-refundable rates are charged at the time of reservation and are non-refundable in case of modification or cancellation.

    • All rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

    • Guests are required to present a valid photo identification (passport or ID card) and a credit card upon check-in. If the reservation is guaranteed by a company or third-party credit card, a credit card authorization form must be submitted to the hotel prior to arrival.

    • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.

    • During the online booking process, please indicate any requests for extra beds, cribs, or check-in time in the “Special Requests” section. We recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm your request. Contact details can be found in your confirmation email.

    • Extra beds and rollaway beds depend on the selected room type. Please check the individual room capacity for details.

      • Extra bed fee: €25 per person per night

      • Children aged 0–2 years sharing the same bed with parents stay free of charge

      • Baby cribs are provided free of charge

    • Airport transfer services are available at an additional cost.

    • Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

    • A security deposit is required upon arrival to cover extras and incidental charges. The amount will be pre-authorized on the credit card at check-in and held until check-out. After departure, if no damage or loss is identified, the authorization will be released.

    • Rates include electricity, water, and wireless internet access.

    • VAT is included in all rates. The applicable VAT rate is 8%.

    • All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of a tenancy agreement.

    SERVICE AGREEMENT (ACCOMMODATION)1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

    The subject of this Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is the provision of accommodation services to the “CUSTOMER” by the “HOTEL” in return for the service fee to be collected from the CUSTOMER, following the acceptance of the reservation request submitted by the CUSTOMER based on their accommodation demand. This Agreement is concluded between the parties under the terms and conditions set forth below.

    2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ACCOMMODATION SERVICE2.1. Identification and Check-in

    The CUSTOMER who will stay at the Hotel agrees and undertakes to present valid identification documents to the Hotel Management and to sign the information/clarification notice provided by the Hotel Management upon check-in.

    During check-in, the CUSTOMER’s identity and the details of the purchased service will be verified by the Hotel authorities. Any legal and/or criminal liability arising from the provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information by the CUSTOMER shall solely belong to the CUSTOMER. This matter is irrevocably accepted by the CUSTOMER.

    2.2. Preliminary Information Form

    The CUSTOMER accepts and undertakes that they have read and approved the preliminary information form provided by the Hotel regarding the purchased service.

    Following the CUSTOMER’s and the accompanying guests’ written confirmation of acceptance of the preliminary information form via e-mail, message, or similar written communication to the Hotel Management, this Agreement shall enter into force and produce legal consequences binding upon the parties.

    2.3. Accommodation of Accompanying Guests and Personal Data

    The CUSTOMER declares and undertakes that they accept the terms and conditions of this accommodation service on behalf of all accompanying guests, that they have obtained the necessary consent and approval from such guests for sharing their personal data with the Hotel Management, and that all responsibility related thereto belongs to the CUSTOMER.

    The CUSTOMER undertakes to provide mandatory information required for accommodation services, such as full name and identification/nationality details, accurately and completely, and to inform all accompanying guests about the content of the preliminary information provided by the Hotel. Otherwise, the CUSTOMER acknowledges that they may be held liable under the applicable legislation.

    2.4. Luggage and Personal Belongings

    The CUSTOMER acknowledges that all responsibility for their luggage and its contents belongs exclusively to themselves and that they are obliged to keep track of and safeguard all personal belongings. The Hotel and its employees shall have no legal or criminal liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, including valuables. The CUSTOMER irrevocably agrees not to make any claims against the Hotel Management or Hotel employees in this regard.

    2.5. Compliance with Rules and Liability

    The CUSTOMER undertakes to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customary rules governing the Hotel.

    The CUSTOMER is obliged not to endanger the life, physical integrity, or property of other guests, Hotel employees, or third parties within the Hotel premises. Any material or moral damages arising from actions that endanger third parties shall be borne personally and legally by the CUSTOMER.

    In the event that the CUSTOMER’s unlawful actions are identified by the Hotel, the Hotel shall be entitled to refrain from performing the service for just cause, and no refund shall be made in such cases. The CUSTOMER agrees to compensate, immediately and without the need for any notice or warning, any and all material and immaterial damages caused within the Hotel upon the Hotel’s first request.

    2.6. Extra Services

    The CUSTOMER agrees and undertakes that the costs of any extra food and beverage items, personal expenses, and all goods and services outside the scope of the purchased accommodation service shall be paid by the CUSTOMER separately.

    2.7. Age Declaration

    For reservations subject to age-based pricing policies, the Hotel accepts the CUSTOMER’s declaration as accurate. Verification of such declarations shall be carried out by the Hotel during check-in through official documents.

    In the event of any discrepancy between the CUSTOMER’s declaration and official documents, the CUSTOMER irrevocably agrees to pay all resulting price differences to the Hotel.

    2.8. Check-in and Check-out Times

    Regardless of the arrival time, the CUSTOMER agrees that check-in shall be at the earliest at 15:00 on the arrival date, and regardless of the departure time, check-out shall be completed by 12:00 at the latest on the departure date.

    2.9. Children and Pool Use

    Children aged 12 and under are not allowed to use the swimming pool without their legal guardians. All responsibility for children rests with their parents/guardians or the CUSTOMER, and the Hotel shall bear no responsibility in this regard. This is accepted in advance by the CUSTOMER.

    3. SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENTS3.1. Taxes and Child Policy

    The accommodation service fee is subject to 10% VAT, and accommodation services are subject to 5% VAT.

    No charge shall be applied for guests aged 0–6. A 50% discount shall be applied for guests aged 7–12. Guests aged 13 and above shall be charged the full rate. The CUSTOMER accepts these conditions.

    3.2. Online Payments

    If the CUSTOMER chooses to make payment via the online reservation and payment system, they agree to enter their own credit card details during payment. In the event that payment is made using a third party’s card, all responsibility shall belong to the CUSTOMER, and no refund shall be made by the Hotel.

    Upon check-in, the CUSTOMER shall present the credit card used for payment or a photocopy of the front side of the credit card to the Hotel staff.

    The CUSTOMER accepts that the Hotel shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the CUSTOMER due to third parties obtaining the CUSTOMER’s information as a result of errors originating from the CUSTOMER during online payment.

    3.3. Finalization of Reservation

    The reservation shall become final only upon full payment of the service fee. In the event that the service fee is not paid at the time of reservation, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

    3.4. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Use Claims

    If, after the service has been rendered, the bank fails to pay or refunds the service fee to the CUSTOMER due to claims of unauthorized or unlawful use of the credit card not attributable to the Hotel’s fault, the CUSTOMER agrees to be responsible for the disputed service fee together with statutory interest accruing from the reservation date, as well as any and all damages incurred by the Hotel.

    4. OTHER PROVISIONS4.1. Communication Information

    The contact information (address, phone number, e-mail, etc.) provided by the CUSTOMER during the reservation and purchase process shall be used for notifications. The CUSTOMER is responsible for ensuring that such information is accurate and complete. Any damages incurred by the Hotel due to incorrect or incomplete information shall be borne by the CUSTOMER.

    4.2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    Any disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction rules in force.

    4.3. Notifications

    Unless notified in writing, any notifications sent to the addresses specified under this Agreement shall be deemed valid.

    5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (KVKK)

    All personal data transmitted by the CUSTOMER to the Hotel during the performance of this Agreement may be shared by the Hotel with its group companies, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, judicial and administrative authorities, and authorized private legal entities, within the scope permitted by law. This is accepted in advance by the CUSTOMER.

    The CUSTOMER may access the Hotel’s personal data processing and privacy notice separately via the relevant Hotel website.

    6. CONFIDENTIALITY

    Unless otherwise stated, the parties shall keep confidential all written or verbal information (“Confidential Information”) disclosed by one party to the other before and during the term of this Agreement and shall not disclose such information to third parties.

    Information that becomes public without any breach of this Agreement or disclosures required by judicial or administrative authorities under applicable laws shall be excluded from this obligation.

    Confidential Information may only be used for the purpose of performing this Agreement and for no other purpose. In the event of unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information without the consent of the owning party, the disclosing party shall be liable to compensate all damages suffered by the party whose Confidential Information has been disclosed.

    The confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect indefinitely even after the termination of this Agreement.

    The parties hereby declare, accept, and undertake all provisions of this Agreement.
